brief

dVine offers hospitality and restaurant professionals high-end wines served by the glass under perfect tasting conditions (aeration and temperature). A promise delivered every time thanks to a revolutionary machine: the dVine.

I worked for the company for over 10 years as Art Director. During those years, I structured, supervised and evolved the brand's entire visual identity across multiple media.

On this project, I covered virtually every creative domain: logo, website, tablet application, packaging, and even product design.

The various graphic forms represent the silky movement of wine as it flows, swirls, blends and dances as the glass fills. These curves symbolize how the dVine works and its perfect service.

Roll-up

dVine provides comprehensive and extensive documentation for its international clients in multiple currencies and languages. Content needs regular updates: offers, prices, products, terms and conditions, and more.

To streamline the process (we're talking about roughly sixty documents), I developed an in-house PDF generation tool using Puppeteer to produce everything automatically. This helped avoid errors, structure information, and maintain a clean layout.

Welcome pack

The dVine enables serving wine by the glass under perfect tasting conditions: optimal aeration and serving temperature.

The app embedded in the machine guides customers in their choice with a detailed list and content for each wine, and provides step-by-step guidance throughout the entire service.

I designed over twenty app screens to create an innovative and interactive interface. The challenge was to provide a clear user journey and link the tablet and machine interactions.

We developed our own back-office in-house to have a tailor-made and scalable tool for centralising client management, machine fleets and product content.

I created numerous screens for different views and a complete design system to easily adapt more standard screens. We then continuously tested and refined each screen for everyone's needs: sales team, engineers, and the marketing team.

In order to meet the growing demand for bottles, we have set up a B2B shop for our clients.

It features a selection of wines, spirits, accessories, and includes a loyalty fund for our most faithful customers.

I created all the mock-ups in collaboration with the development and marketing teams. The site has a clear and elegant interface that presents key information. Everything was then implemented on Saleor and connected to our dashboard.

dVine also features a showcase website highlighting the concept, the benefits for clients, and showcasing our sommelier's carefully curated selection of winemakers.

For this project, I handled both the design mockups and WordPress development, enabling the marketing team to manage content independently.
